For kids 5-10 years old, looking to explore the sport and have fun.
The PA United Intramural 8-week program is perfect for beginners looking to explore Youth Track and Field in a supportive environment, while learning essential skills, developing teamwork, and enjoying the sport.
Rec Select
This program is for athletes looking to learn the fundamentals and engage in friendly competitions. Training will be held two times a week and attend meets during the Winter season. The PA United Rec. Select program bridges the gap between the Intramural and Travel Track and Field Team programs – helping young athletes transition into a more competitive environment through an emphasis on fundamentals, skills development, sportsmanship and competition.
Travel Team
For athletes 13-19 years old looking to compete in meets on the AAU and USATF circuit.
The PA United Travel Track and Field program is for athletes aiming to push their performance to a higher level. Competitions will include travel meets on the AAU/USATF Track and Field circuit. Our Travel Team is designed for athletes who excelled at the Rec. Select level and want to participate in a more competitive environment.
About PA United
PA United is an AAU/USATF affiliated track and field club founded in 2019, dedicated to developing youth athletes in a professional environment. We welcome athletes ages 5-19 y.o. of all skill levels. Our experienced coaches take a holistic approach to training, developing not just athletic skills but also sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence. We offer comprehensive training in all T&F events, with programs tailored to each child's developmental stage and goals. Our year-round programs include: Winter Indoor Track & Field Spring Outdoor Track & Field Summer Track & Field Fall Off Season Training We also offer skills clinics, camps, and private coaching for individualized development. Our priority is building confident athletes through achievement of small goals that build towards big dreams. Through positive coaching and a competitive yet welcoming environment, we ensure each child thrives both on and off the track.
